Shipping

Currently, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to the United States. We are working on a solution and hope to resume deliveries as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Until further notice, we do not accept orders for delivery to: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, North Korea, Syria and Cuba.

We place great importance on fast and environmentally friendly shipping. Below you will find details about delivery times and shipping costs:

Shipping within Germany

Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days
Shipping costs: €5.99

International Shipping (European Union)

Delivery time: 4 to 14 business days (depending on location)
Shipping costs: see table below

Worldwide Shipping (Rest of the World)

Delivery time: 10 to 24 business days (depending on location)
Shipping costs: see table below

There is no minimum order value.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the customer bears any customs duties and import or export fees that may apply.

Delivery

We ship your order as soon as all items are available in our warehouse. Items marked as available for immediate delivery are usually shipped within 24 hours. If not all items are in stock, we wait up to four weeks for the missing items to arrive. After four weeks, we ship the available items; items not included must then be reordered.

Pre-order items are an exception: if your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order is shipped once that item is released, on the date stated in the pre-order note on the product page. Partial deliveries are not possible in this case.

Transport Damage

Please make sure that your package is undamaged upon delivery. If in doubt, open it in the presence of the delivery driver. Damaged or obviously opened shipments should not be accepted, as otherwise the receipt in perfect condition will be considered confirmed. If necessary, please note the name of the delivery driver.
